Overall, 2007 was a historic year for sales volume in Eagle County. Closed sales volume numbers reached nearly $3 billion with a total of 2,688 transactions. The average price for all property sold was $1,101,375 breaking the one million dollar milestone for the first time in the history of Vail Valley real estate.
