About Cordillera Valley Club

On the sunny side of the valley, Cordillera Valley Club is a gated community offering privacy, convenience and plenty of amenities.   Just 7 minutes to Arrowhead, and about 10 minutes to Bachelor Gulch and Beaver Creek, Cordillera Valley Club is a community that features more convenient access to the valley than its sister communities at higher elevations, while also offering residents the same privacy and exclusivity.   Views of rugged New York Mountain and the Sawatch Mountain Range to the south over Lake Creek create a unique viewpoint from just about anywhere in Cordillera Valley Club. The landscape offers a high-mountain feel with sagebrush, cedar bushes, some pine trees, aspens and cottonwoods.   Golfers are in heaven at the Valley Course, one of three golf courses throughout Cordillera for which residents have access.
